Since mathematics is at the root of many social, technical, medical, and environmental issues faced by society today, we strive equip our students with a deep understanding of mathematical theory and principles that will in turn give the boys tools that can be later on appllied to solve or alleviate real-world problems, and the ability to express complex ideas in everyday language. We provide our students with research and experiential learning opportunities and nurture curiosity and creativity.

Our department consists of engaged and accomplished teachers whose goal is to challenge our students, and make them more sophisticated thinkers and better writers.
