The department helps to manage and oversee service delivery practices and outcomes in the school. It pro-actively and wisely identifies defects in all school programs and provides quality assurance feedback to the relevant offices. It works very closely with the school administration and makes suggestions on relevant changes that should be instituted in the schools educational and non-educational. The department encourages the students to take advantage of the conducive environment in school, reliable and supportive administration, hardworking and committed staff to realize their full potential. Our rallying statement in the department is “Quality starts with me; quality is my job’ as a department we are committed to quality.
